Try using a variable to it, store the item on the variable, wait 100 seconds, and remove the item...for multiple itens, use an array...explain me better your question:)
Some weeks ago I found a tutorial somewhere on www.wc3campaigns.net that explained very well some tips on how to do a "single hero AI", there explained how to make bots go back to healing if injured, how to make them buy the right itens for the atribute and also how to take advantage of injured...

Triggered spells are hero skills that require in some way the trigger editor to have effect, most of the triggered spells are custom, since they are changed from blizzard normal spells...examples are the Fury of Zekhran and Wrath of God skills.
Yes but I really need triggered skills, thanks for the ideas but I need something that may require triggers, all my heros have at least 3 triggered spells...that spell that heals life/mana when a enemy dies is nice, but I think isn't good to the 'theme' of the icelord...anyway thanks!
