"Advanced>Game Interface" Menu
EDIT: Forgot to mention that they're spread out under the Text - General section of that. They're grouped together alphabetically.
Bump. Now on the downloads page of tutorial site.
Any suggestions on making it better? Besides going all at once, or making it easier to win. I'm always open to thought out ideas and constructive criticism.
Just wondering, how would you know if they used a dummy if a dummy is by definition a unit who can't be seen or selected and does something that makes things look like another thing is doing something?
Number one:
What do you expect me to do? Read your mind and find out exactly what you need in the trigger and make it for you? And if your making an ORPG and can't use a tutorial to figure out how to do stuff, do you really think you're gonna be able to do it?
Number two:
It's not flawed...
Or if you don't want to make them invisible, go in the object editor and go to Combat - Targeted As and change this to something the crowding unit can't attack. Make any unit who can attack said archers able to target that with Combat - Targets Allowed.
Here ya go:
Players
Events
Map initialization
Conditions
Actions
For each (Integer A) from 1 to 12, do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
If (All Conditions are True) then do (Then Actions) else do (Else Actions)
If - Conditions...
Then I'd suggest thinking of something, cause (to be blunt) there is no name for the same old AoS that would really make you want to play it. Without something people can't do in some other AoS, most people are just gonna go play DOTA.
With that description the best name I can think of is.........
*drumroll*
AOS. Thats not exactly any unique stuff that would make a good name. Anything new and interesting in your AoS?
Try Defense of the Ancients, It's catchy, sounds epic, and the abbreviation of DOTA leads to good gn's.
Oh wait, that's been used.
But really the name should be dependant on the content of your AoS. What kind of stuff will be in it?
Thanks for playing.
Wow, you made it further than I ever have lol. I've made it to the runes. And yes, it uses random numbers to ensure that change every time you enter a level to ensure that it's random.
What unique stuff would you suggest?
Also, like I said before, It's better with friends, even if it can be played single player.
And If you respawned on the last level you won, that would reduce the odds a lot, which I don't really want to do.
Each round is unique, giving you a different choice to make each time. It does say "You have entered round x" though, lol. To see for yourself, I suggest trying it. It can be played single player.
It's just a short, small game that can be a fun little break from AoS's, TD's, Etc.
Plus, those are the odds of getting to the end from each round. I probably should have made that clearer. I'm editing it right now to include other stuff I forgot.
And what makes you play it again and again...
