Only a few (obiously randomly) of those floating texts show up. I mean there are some Income Management without floating text over it. Why?

I'd like to add waygates into my map but without that huge special effect you see when a unit gets through (and without the sound of course). I've been searching for hours now and I can't find it out :banghead:
How to disable these?
