I know this is a pretty old topic. But im having a similar problem. Ive tried what the last post suggested but still no solution. The main problem is that the 2nd team, using a different cloud based dummy skill cannot make it affect neutral units but the 1st team one is good. Ideas?
Heres a quickie, what exactly is the most optimum/efficient for lag free interval for a timer event. Ive been using every 0.01 seconds for accuracy, but is say 0.03 or 0.04 a safer interval to use smoothness wise?
Good question. apparently the maps 'so' corrupted that i cant add anymore objects to it. If i add anymore, my triggers fail.

Nope doesnt work. Negative hp regen will mess up the killing unit/damage source.
Stick to permanent immolation or Building damage aura, other wise use flamestrike and stuffs as above mentioned.
