Shukuchi is a D.O.T.A. spell

I have 4 taverns 2 for 1 team am 2 for the other in the mid there ar my selector units (deleted the model file) any way my problem/question
After i buy a hero from the tavern how do i .... create a Fog of War over then
I cant do it via trigger(or dont no how) as the taverns ar allyed to me...
ok i have 2 questions:
1) how do i make my taverns sell units only to one team or another ?
2) how do i remove a unit from the tavern after some on buys it ?
i am working on a spell :
1)hero summons a unit
2)summoned unit cast's a spell (only if mana of summoning hero greater then xxx)
the problem is that after the summon unit dyes and i resummon it it ignores the xxx mana condition and cast's the spell

Ok so i have a spell thet replaces the casting unit whit a new unit...adds a life time and then gives back the old unit when it expires...my problen is that the spells has no cooldown...how can i fix this?
