I have done both but it still doesn't work

Every time i make a map its always one player when i open it in the game. I want to make a map that allows 2 players. I've gone to scenario>player properties and tried doing it from there but i can't get it to 2 or more players. I need help :confused:

i need help making it so units automatically produce over time. can anyone help me out?:confused:
