Whenever you remove a unit from the game, any value about the removed unit will be "clear" soo, try to remove it after all values about it has stored or used.

I need a simples way to don't let any unit to attack any item on the ground... i tried it with many forms, but no one worked.
Well, you will need to use some artifices, follow this.
1- Create a custom "Channel" spell, to initiate the trigger, like the spell you want.
2- Create your "Cloud" spell normal.
3- Create a Dummy, without model, shadown, attack and make it invunerable.
4- Add the "Cloud" to this dummy.
