Solved. I added the ability "select unit" to the building that knew/could use the ability, and now everyone in the same team as the owner of the building can use the ability.
I hope you know the ability "Death Coil"(You can either damage an enemy unit or heal a friendly undead unit). Is it possible to remove the undead requirement? Or is it built in inside the spell?

When I import models for my map I often can't see the unit on my windows computer. They become green boxses and it says that the file couldn't be loaded.
