How do you make a trigger that targets the closest unit from another unit with a spell
so like target the closest unit to unit a and hit them with something like chain lightning
Sorry i wasn't specific enough
it starts after a set time, so something like after 30 seconds game time
then i want an effect to be displayed
after 2 seconds a unit will be spawned there
GFreak45, i tried your trigger (using what i believe to be the most similar options available) but i still cant get it to work (to have it so when the unit dies the effect happens) though it seems to have worked very rarely

the spawn hydra skill only has 2 data slots-number of units spawned and unit type...
how do you add extra datas to it, or how do you base it off the "spawn hydra" skill?
Trying to make a trigger so when a specific unit (randomly picked from a group and spawned) dies it will give a specific effect

During testing some of the models were not showing (all models were originally there not custom models) so i tried placing them in editor but it won't let me?
