Thats the problem, when unit was killed, the Hero or Unit (w/e) pass throug the area? He will marked as the Variation, and will bug everything.

No, It's just what I mean a "Check Players Trigger'. I don't think it will lag. Triggers will not the big problems with lag in your game. Don't make a lot of units, and so much doodads, I think it will help.
