I've had this problem for a while - Firefox will freeze whenever I try to save an image to my hard drive or upload from my hard drive onto a website. Chrome works perfectly fine, though. Any ideas as to why?

I just got an iPod Touch for Christmas and it says I need to update to 2.2 to get the app store. I tried doing this and paid for it. But whenever I try to download it to my iPod, it says I don't have permission.

The screen on my other computer takes FOREVER to turn on. It usually takes at least 15 minutes, if not longer. For example, I pushed the button to turn it on about 20-25 minutes ago and it still isn't on. The button is lit up, but no picture. No sound from the mechanics of the monitor either...
What's that mean? I get a bazillion of them every time I turn on the computer and sometimes just randomly. I think I may have a virus that has to do with "ntvdm.exe" but can't figure out how to find it and get rid of it.
When I plug my mp3 player into any of my USB ports, it won't show up. I know the all the ports work (on mp3 player and computer) since the player says it connected and a joy stick will work on all the ones on the computer.
