Oh ok.. I saw on another post that it could be turned down to minimize "lag" (read: processing time) when you are editing certain field values, such as Hero Names, etc...
Any idea WHY?
Pretty much self explaining question...
What does the "Undo rate" in File/Preferences/General do?
Can it be a tool in map-making in any way?
Thanks again,
Myt.
@Kayos
I pretend to do that later on, but that's just eyecandy to the game. First I need to make the F-ing multiboard work ¬¬ For some reason, it doesn't...
The trigger:
Scoreboard
Events
Time - Elapsed game time is 0.50 seconds
Conditions
Actions
Set Total_Players_Challenging = (All players...
Exactly that new chapter.. I'm recreating that xD
Thought nobody would notice hahahah
Thanks for the trigger, I'll test it out soon.
Never worked with substrigs before, so rathered see someone that already worked with it xD
Thanks for the help
Myt.
Repost this trigger-script with the [~wc3] tags please.
just right click your trigger text and click "copy to text"
Then put in the post
[.wc3]
*ctrl+v*
[./wc3]
(obviously without the dots)
It'll be easier to read... The way you posted is too confusing to read...
So, this is a new problem for me... Hope you guys can help me.
I'm making a game in which you have to type in the number of monsters that you want to face on each round.
But I have absolutely no idea how to make this trigger.
Explaining better:
Each player gets a turn, they type in a number...
Hello guys...
I'm making a zombie survival map and my zombies spawn in a REALLY huge city-like region...
I have a trigger that makes them move to a random location of that city region...
But I wanted them to constantly move to places in the region (so that they don't go to a random point then...
Guys, sorry for the late reply...
@Accname
I needed to make spells MUI but while still using GUI-friendly advice. The Indexing system posted above worked perfectly, because it makes each cast unique for each unit that casts the spell... I HEAVILY recommend it...
Thanks for all the help guys =)...
@Sil3nt
Thanks for the first link, it's absurdly helpfull!
For the second, I was already reading it but thanks anyway.
I have seen that first link but wasn't sure it was really good, so I went with hashtables anyway... This make things much easier...
Thanks again,
Myt.
thanks kaerf..
As always, you're saving my ass here... Since 2010 xD
rep+
I will try looking for a good hashtable tutorial...
Do you know a good indexing tut. ?
Thanks again.
Myt.
I usually do MUI spells with [Player number] array on my variables, so it's possible to have multiple PLAYERS using the same triggered spell.
But now I'm having AI players in the game and I have to make it possible to have multiple AI Units (<-- very important) use that spell...
Anyway to GUI...
I solved the problem already, vypur, and it works exactly as your trigger says :p
But thanks anyway for the help =) rep+ for the help anyway.
To avoid future posts,
Problem solved already guys, thanks for the help =)
