Bought a new PC, Compaq 5040an, amd chip and windows vista basic
1.5gb ram
Bought the new Radeon 1650 pro 256mb graphics
4 month old Viewsonic 22" LCD
There's enough air in there for the machine

Seems to work ok with limited crashes when playing single player, but now whenever I play an online game, it will crash after about 5 mins of game play

Errors I get are it will close the game, go back to windows and say that Battlefield is not responding

Or it will also just come up with "out of range message" and a blank screen, no signal on the screen, then hard reboot the PC itself.

When wiondows restarts it says that the graphics card caused the PC to crash
Error type was blue screen, etc

This is unbelievably annoying, as it is the only game I play.

Could someone pleeeeeeeeeeeease help out. :banghead:

Cheers,
Wilson!

Nah, it's not Microsoft. It's EA... trust me its EA.

Try finding your problem here, and if you cant just hit "Contact us" and fill out a form. You'll need to register unless you already have an EA account.

And yeah, I have only played 1942 a few times so I can't really give you much information. Not to mention I haven't experienced anything that hardcore from the Battlefield series.
