Okay, let me start with this:

I want this:
In my map I have "Region A"
When a unit enters "Region A" I want units to appear at "Region B" every 9 seconds.

Basically the problem I'm having with this is, the units appear every 9 seconds but when the unit that is on "Region A" leaves "Region A" I want units to stop appearing at "Region B"

If anyone understands what I'm saying, a little help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Events
    Time - Every 9.00 seconds of game time
Conditions
    (Number of units in (Units in Region A)) Greater than 0
Actions
    Unit - Create 1 Footman for Player 1 (Red) at (Center of Region B) facing Default building facing degrees

To add to acehart's post wouldnt you have to add:

Event: Unit-Enters Region A

The trigger simply checks every 9 seconds if there is a unit in Region A, if not it stops there and waits another 9 seconds, but if there is a unit it will perform the actions.

Ah, a note. If you don't want the trigger running every 9 seconds, you should turn the trigger off and on. It may not be worth it, but you can do this.

A unit enters Region A

Unit is owned by <whatever>

Display to owner of triggering unit: "Spawn Activated!"
Turn on TheSpawn (Acehart's trigger)

A unit leaves Region A

Unit is owned by <whatever>

Display to owner of triggering unit: "Spawn Deactivated!"
Turn off TheSpawn

With that, you don't need to constantly ask the engine to solve this dilemma and you can also take the condition off of Acehart's Trigger.
