A little help with mini-map?

Well, Firts off let me say hello. I'm new to the forums, but i;ve taken the liberty to look around and read the rules and such things of that nature. First just wanted to say... Map optimizer... Is a great tool. Now then, I got that out of the way.. I was wondering how I added a picture on the Mini-map, Like when you're hosting a game and you're at the player slots it shows the mini-map.. how would I put a picture there?
