Ok i know that this is EXTEREMLY noobish but here goes
i began to make a map with a friend and he asked to get images and convvert them to icons, which he did not know how to do, s i dled warcraft iII viewer and ifran view (like your website said) and right wen i was gonna convert my .tga files to .blp (saves file space) it said i do not have an Alpha channel i didn't know what that meant but after that msg it said "Would you liek to create an Opaque Alpha Channel wen i clicked "Yes" (to the opaque alpha channel), it made a .blp file that was worth 0kb with no file inside, what did i do wrong?
