a spells please read 1st i need help

hi there is a triggered spell like this when people attacked u .. u will have 10% chance to dodge and blink behind the targeted unit and critical strike is that possible ??? =-= anyway can anyone tell me how to make the 10% chance and give me some events and also actions and what ablity sorry for asking

Yeah just do so that when the unit takes damage make a ability check and if it has that ability make a random integer from 1-10.
If 1 then do your actions.

the random interger from 1-10 is a percent, think if only 1 works then u have a 10% chance of getting one
