ability art help

Hi, I have a hero with the ability Fire Fist (Based off of Flaming Arrows) and it doesnt have any art, I want it to have the missle of the Firelords attack, but my ability is a melee ability so.... When I test it out i drain mana and do the extra dmg, but the lil fire explosion when the firelords missile hits an enemy, doesnt show up.

Hmmm...

Is that explosion caused by one of Firelords abilities? If its not it doesn't show up because the attack needs to be ranged.

You probably can't do anything about it because the art is part of an entire animation. You could create a custom model I guess.

Nope, just the Firelord's misslie art.

The attack is ranged, (like 100 tho)

Is your heros range type set to Range? I know it seems wierd but you have a attack range which is how far your hero can attack from and a attack type range that changes what abilities work(Cleave, several attack arts and other stuff).
