Ability requirement levels

Is there a way to get rid of the level requirement For example the hero requires level 3 to get a upgraded ability how do I make it so it goes by levels.

If this includes the hero level then how do you make the hero have more levels than 10

for maximum hero level
in top menu select advanced then go to gameplay constants

scroll until you fine hero - maximum level

don't forget to select Use custom constants.

the ability skip level requirement is a field for the spell in the ability editor. You can change the skip levels there.

but wouldn't the abilties also be in the gameplay constants as well and in the object editor?

uh, did you actually try out my suggestion? just give it a go, if there are further problems then ask.

It had already had no requirment level ant it still said level 3 however as kingdeth said was the gameplay constants as I was looking in there (for the first time) was I saw like level skip and It said 2 so you'd have to wait every other level to get an upgrade.

Ok, lemme have a whack at this...


Reset anything you've tried to make it work so far. Now, go to your Object Editor, and got to the Spells/Abilities section. Go to whatever ability you're trying to modify, and where it says "Level Skip Requirement", type in 1. Typing in 0 makes it the default version, and I think 2 does the same thing as typing in 0.
