Ability trouble

I'm making an ability that involves waiting for a few seconds(i'm using triggers)...but everytime i make the wait it always reverts to the special effect of entangling roots but it does no damage or any of my custom special effects...

You based it off roots right? You would need to change the buff to coorespond with something else and then it wouldn't show the roots buff anymore.

The rest sounds like a bug in your triggers, but not enough information posted to know for sure.

Put the Special Effect into the buff of Entangle Roots (change the root to the effect you want)

O-T: I have the exact same ability, except it kills in 0.5sec
