Adding a Hero Glow

For adding a hero glow, what do we do?

Obsolete - Add Red hero glow to (Casting unit) which needs a Small hero glow
Advanced - Add hero glow to (Triggering unit)
or just
Obsolete - Add Red hero glow to (Casting unit) which needs a Small hero glow

create special effect "hero glow" at origin of Hero Sheep<001>gen

you can use WEU unlimited. There is a built in system

Excuse me, but where do I find this hero glow effect? Ive recently started on my first map, and it whould be nice with hero glows on my own heroes.
