Okay, tech problem here (No big surprise). Please refrain from laughing, especially if it's some extremely easy problem.
Simply put, my computer admin has no actual way to use anything. I open Internet, and it pulls up the window but does nothing. I pull up World Editor, and the icon for opening maps doesn't do anything, the Object Editor doesn't work, nothing there. I tried accessing Control Panel, but it was formatted oddly; it was listed in that linear mode that people sometimes use in My Computer. The Start menu stops working as soon as one window is open. The only thing that DOES work, ironically enough, is Freecell. I tried using "Help" from the Start menu, clicked "Troubleshooting", and the computer made that "uhnnnn!" sound and closed out.
I know I haven't played any custom games on Warcraft, and I doubt it's a computer-wide problem, as this non-admin account is working perfectly.
Fixes?
