The official website for Guild Wars, a game in development by ArenaNet, has given RPGStars the distinction of being their first ever recommended fansite.

In addition, the official Guild Wars site has undergone an extensive redesign. Along with the new look, a community page has been created where a new site will be recommended on a monthly basis. You can check the new look and access the community page at http://www.guildwars.com/community/

As the release date for Guild Wars gets closer, look for a special announcement from TheHelper.net in regards to unofficial technical support.

lol i'm sorry for laughing, but that question came completely out of left field, we're talking about RPGStars and all of a sudden there's a war3 editing question hehehe

use the action 'special effect - attach special effect on unit'. The default sfx model path used should convienently be the exclamation mark.
