Agi / Str / Int ( Region Of Chaos )

i need a code that when a use types -agi max, it adds 1 agi and -80gold but , if he has 8000 gold i need it to -8000 gold and add 800 agi and same for str and int please help

OK I HIGHLY reccomend getting TFT if your making any map, and for all the maps other ppl make that use it, its a world of a difference. doing the think you say is pretty simple with TFT (no idea for RoC)

Heh almost everything possible in TFT is also possible in ROC (with exception of elevators and a few other TFT-only things), it's just quite a bit harder to do.

It's possible, but you have to use a JASS trigger. I don't have time to figure it out right now, but I can probably do it tomorrow or the day after tomorrow if you're patient. Also, please specify how you want to identify the unit that has to gain the stat (for example, do you use an array of type unit to hold each player's hero unit? If so tell the name of the array here, it's needed for the JASS part.)

i dont think an array is used, it will b a hero ofcouse ( custom made )
1 hero per person

what I mean is that you need a variable to hold the specific hero for each player. It's impossible to tell with a simple trigger which hero each player is using. If variables and arrays are all new to you, don't bother with trying to implement a JASS trigger, 9 out of 10 that you won't get it to work. I'm willing to help with the JASS part, but if the above all sounds confusing to you, I suggest you start with something simpeler first.

Ok, what you need is a variable of type 'unit' that is an array. When each player choses their hero, store the hero unit in the variable, and make the index number of the array the hero is being stored in equal to the number of the player chosing the hero. Without this, it's impossible for me to create a JASS trigger.

This is how the trigger should look in TFT. The bold part isnt in RoC.

Is there a simular function you can use? I cant open the RoC editor.

If there is no simular function you must use JASS and there isnt sure that that solves this. I dont know when the function SetHeroStat was added.

There is a JASS function that can be used in ROC:

function ModifyHeroStat (integer whichStat, unit whichHero, integer modifyMethod, integer value) returns nothing

but for the 'unit whichHero' part you need a variable that specifies which hero is used (or you'd have to make a lengthy trigger for each hero in the game)

It's the <Some Unit> part in the trigger posted above that I mean. Which unit should get the agility gain? Which unit should be <Some Unit>?
