Alien Maze - My First Game

OK, so ages ago, I started making a game using Game Maker: Studios, the free edition. I had help from a mate, who is not on these forums, and help from the Game Maker help. This is what I have so far and I'm trying to implement Aliens that shoot at you. So far this is just a game where you go to one end of the map to the other and nothing happens.

So far, this game is incomplete, but everything to do with the character (you) is. Moving is WASD and shooting is the arrow keys. I will post updates as I get things added and/or working.

Ahhhh..... I will... have... to.. get back.. to you... after I finish this... code that... doesn't work!

In long: I have to fix code in order for the AI for the Aliens to work, as I do not how to do this... this will take time. Time... Time... Time... Time that I do not have... wait? I have time!
