AND: how do u make all the terrain tiles tinted lighter?

well if u want it always moring turn the day night sycle off. and make the trigger that sets the time of the day to ur choice. i don't know that much about it right now cause i havn't been in it or using that knowledge fro a long time.

I Think All U Have To Do Is Go To Advanced Tab (on the top right), go to Gameplay Constants Check the box that says
Use Custom Gameplay Constants,Scroll Down To TIME Set The Hours Per Day To 18.00
And i think thats it
