Ammo trigger

Ok I need help with an ammo trigger. I want it so that when a players gold equals 0 and they have some would left that they can reload by using a reload abillity. This I can do... I need help on when they dont have 1 wood that they arent able to cast reload. Plz help afap...

problem...I forgot to mention that there are different types of spells for different units... so I can take the spell away from the unit...
