Crime Anonymous exposes pedophile ring - hacks Lolita City

Earlier this week, the nebulous and notorious international Internet hacktivist collective known as Anonymous exposed a large ring of Internet pedophiles.

Tuesday, after hacking into Lolita City, a darknet website used by pedophiles to trade in child pornography, Anonymous released usernames and other information of 1,589 pedophiles trading in kiddie porn.

A darknet website is a closed private network of computers used for file sharing. Darknet websites are part of the Invisible Web, sometimes called the Deep Web, containing content that is not part of the Surface Web, which is indexed by standard search engines.

In Tuesday’s Pastebin release, Anonymous enthusiasts explain the technical side of how they were able to locate and identify Lolita City and access their user data base. In a prior Pastebin release, Anonymous offers a timeline of events detailing the discovery of the hidden cache of more than 100 gigabytes of child porn associated with Lolita City.

FBI is looking for Anomyous, but Anomyous helped the FBI...

In my opinion, Anonymous is doing what they feel is right. Against the FBI, it's the corruption they're after. Against other stuff, well, those are what the FBIs are going after too :3

This doesn't help anything -- they just got usernames, those usernames aren't necessarily associated with any private information, and if the pedos have been smart, which they probably have been since they're on the darknet, they use an unique username for that. Sadly, this gains nothing.

In my opinion, Anonymous is doing what they feel is right. Against the FBI, it's the corruption they're after. Against other stuff, well, those are what the FBIs are going after too :3

Anonymous is comprised of people that do whatever they think is right and hide behind the veil, typically something totally idiotic that's really just mildly annoying than effective to any end. It's not the entirety of them all agreeing on one thing.
