Another 1.18 feature!

I found another feature in the patch, it being that you can save maps even when your playing them! I did this just now, not remembering that you can't and it saved it. Try it out for yourself, and see!

(I am positive you can, becuase I used the "Test map" button, minimized, changed something then saved it and it saved)

sorry to spoil your excitement, but you used the "Test Map" feature, and so your game is running off a copy of your map. And when you saved in the editor, it saved to the original copy. Such a feature has existed since day 1.

What you cannot do is run a game off and save to the exact same file, because that would be a very bad thing.

I personally like the 'Replace internal sound' inside the sound editor. It automatically imports the file into the correct path for you.

This allows

Custom sounds for existing abilities, events, and replacing unit sound sets.

We don't have to tell people no anymore.
