Another Signature

I've been practising with brushes, and I downloaded some 'fractal' brushes (whatever those are ) and messed around with them til I came out with something nice, but I can't seem to blend my renders very well.. What do you guys think:

With Hue layer:

Without Hue layer:

I adjusted my renders by making the blending mode 'Screen' and putting the opacity down to 70%, duplicating the render and making the blending mode of the duplicate to 'Normal' and dropping the opacity to 30%.

Any tips on blending renders will be appreciated.

Do you have PS or Fireworks?
Bc in fireworks all you have to do is add a filter to do what you want.

I like the red one better.

I like them both ^^. I think the left side looks better with blue/green, and the right looks better with the red. So maybe you can do it that way, and blend the middle. It would either look really cool...or not, but it's worth a try

Just do a gradient tool linear on the hue layer. One can be transparent if it gets too redish.

wayy too much activity in the background, meaning don't brush TOO much xD but in other words, looks great imo.

Okay guys, thanks for the suggestions, I've messed around some more and ended up with these:

I think I came out with too deep a shade of blue

YEAH! Just lighten the blue up a bit.
