How much mosquitoes attack you have (if I recall correctly) something to do with your body odor.

It depends on how long have you not take a shower. If you have been exercising, then take a rest outside, you'll feel some itchy feeling down ether your knees or your arms.
Probably at least 10 to 12 hours starting from when you're finished taking a shower, will the mosquitoes starts to ignore you.

Take a shower at 10 PM, get a few mosquito bites during the night, and you won't get much during the day. Take a shower in the morning, 8 AM or so, and get some mosquito bites during the day, then start worrying about them at night.

Can't remember where I read this, but I'll try to find a source.
What I have heard is that a Mosquito can tell what blood type you are from something like 100 feet away. Apparently they prefer type "O" blood and type "A" gets bit the least. Also I've heard that Carbon Dioxide and Bananas attract them

i believe if you're extremely hairy, like you have a coat of hair and can't see your skin very well, then you can easily feel when a mosquito is on you. Through increased awareness you can sneak attack the fly and reduce your bite count by 50%
