I really like how he makes fun of the issue some people take with the rainbow. Also, this seems like it will be very useful for getting good gear with less the monotonous grind the previous games required.

hmm this wasnt on the d3 site! nice find.

i was looking through the video on fullscreen 720p and the inventory caught my eye:

i recognize everything from diablo2 (rings, ammy, helm, gloves, boots, weapon, shield, armour, and belt) but i noticed they included pants seperate from armor now. there are also 2 slots which are new and i cant make out what they are (circled in black). another thing i noticed is that there is no I/II option, the one that let you swap between 2 sets of weps in diablo2 D:
also in the belt is a health potion, so im guessing it wont be ALL orbs (remember people were complaining about that, dont know if it was resolved or anything already)

looks like a shoulder slot and arm brace slot. I don't know how I feel about the extra slots. Part of me likes it, the other part of me just sees it as more stuff I need to get.

This sounds like a good thing, and I sure hope that it is, but I also hope that Blizzard thinks this one through and makes it good.
The thing I hated about the socketing in Diablo 2 was that it was to limited. Now they pull forth a smith that can create weapons, I sure hope that the player can at least customize the stats on the items a bit instead of just get specific recipes all the time.

I'm sorry for being the little Diablo Nazi that I am, but I just can't help myself this time Blizzard has NEVER ever stated that there would NOT be any potions in Diablo 3, they even said in the first video that the orbs where there to help the players so that they would not run out of potions so fast

i never said they did. i just stated that i remember people were complaining about orbs without pots or something along those lines, i just wasnt sure for myself, so i just pointed that out. the pots were one of the only things i wasnt sure about so i just stated that.

I was mostly pointing to the guessing part^^ As I said I am a Diablo Nazi and as such I do everything I can to prevent people to believe in those stupid lies people have spread about the potions of Diablo 3
