You can do these in your InitTrig functions:

function InitTrig_Poison_Javelin takes nothing returns nothing
call OnAbilityEffect(spellID,"Trig_PoisonJavelin_Actions")
endfunction

functon InitTrig_Iron_Maiden_Cast takes nothing returns nothing
call OnAbilityEffect(IronMaidenSpellId(),"Trig_Iron_Maiden_Cast_Actions")
endfunction

...but I believe that will make all of these require CasterSystem.
Though, it is infinitely likely that if they have CSData and CSSafety, they have CasterSystem.
I'm not sure if this speeds up anything or does anything other than what you are already telling it to do using three functions, but it allows you to delete your conditions function and only takes one line, so I believe it is superior. Do whatever tho =)

I updated the map.

Just made some of the comments better and took out the killing every creep thing, since it's approved now.

wow i downloaded the spell pack but when i tried to host it with JNGP, a message "The map has not be found". Anyone know why?

i'm not sure about you but i had a problem where i couldn't host a lot of custom maps and i found out it was because i had junk files in my warcraft 3 folder. after deleting the junk files, i could host the maps again.

also...it's not just hosting but joining the games wasn't possible either.

i am unsure if it's the same problem that you mentioned because you didn't provide much detail.
