I wonder if they have sold 100 units yet on this sale - there is total of 30 percent off the first 100 Atari VCS All In Bundles sold. I am curious if the 200 price point for the All In is possible to move units because I know the 100 dollar price point will sell all those out. Also crash all there servers too lol :) It is interesting for me to see while I am watching so intently how they are playing with the price of stuff to sell to find the sweet spot.

I just got another email from Atari about the extra discount on the All In special so apparently they still have some left at the extra discount price. Sell them out?

Atari has extended its 20 percent sale and is having a one day special sale 40 percent off some Atari 50th shirts, speakerhats and the Atari VCS Speakerhat bundle. The 40 percent off is on Presidents Day one day only I am sure they will keep the 20 percent extended for a minute.

They are never going to sell the All In One bundle for 299. In order to get the sales they want now they would have to lower to 250 on the All In and and 150 the standalone. Ideally 199 for all in and 100 for standalone would probably sell them out. If they want to charge 299 they need to include the USB Dongle that has the firmware and OS updates on it with instructions on how to use. Right now, you pay 299 for the All In regular price and it is broken on download. You have to do the USB update thing on EVERY new unit sold now.

    I want to build a filtration system for my 3d printer, and that shit is so much more complicated than I thought it would be

    Apparently ABS emits styrene particulates which can be like .2 micrometers, which idk if the VOC detectors I have can even catch that

    Anyway I need to get some of those sensors and two air pressure sensors installed before an after the filters, which I need to figure out how to calculate the necessary pressure for and I have yet to find anything that tells me how to actually do that, just the cfm ratings

    And then I have to set up an arduino board to read those sensors, which I also don't know very much about but I have a whole bunch of crash course things for that

    These sensors are also a lot more than I thought they would be. Like 5 to 10 each, idk why but I assumed they would be like 2 dollars

    Another issue I'm learning is that a lot of the air quality sensors don't work at very high ambient temperatures. I'm planning on heating this enclosure to like 60C or so, and that's the upper limit of their functionality

    Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing

    I bitch about Xenforo sometimes but it really is full featured you just have to really know what you are doing to get the most out of it.

    It is just not easy to fix styles and customize but it definitely can be done

    I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
