With my new robot, capable of stepping into water, gazing at you oddly, and showing the ladys his mighty tough abs, I will be able to control all of Quebecs Joe Louie factories... starving the European nations, leading to world domination where I can force everyone to live in the 70's and bring back roller discos!

I drew him up free hand in photoshop, and Orc_Tamer kindly offered to make him more substantial with color and shading. He also did the lovely background. I did the water though.

Only just saw the robot, and:

Nice cartoony style, and a nice design, but I think you'd be better off with a robot design which has huge bazookas and a russia accent and mean laser vision that can burn through paper! and millios of guns that open out of its arms, body, legs, head etc .
