How do you make it so that once you buy a hero he teleports to a target point automatically?

And, how would you create a abillity like the diablo sorceresses level twelve flame abillity which can you know, change direction and increase range with level...drain mana while casting...

for hero being teleported create trigger. something like this :

event - a unit enters region (whole map)
cond- unit is a hero
action- move unit to region <your region>

Inferno? You'd have to use triggers. You'd make a channeling dummy ability (perhaps based on Monsoon with a fairly short range) and then use triggers to make a dummy unit that keeps casting Breath of Fire in that direction.

ya know there is an on screene key board

start>all programs>accessories>acsessability>on-screne keyboard

and as for the controling fire ball thing make it summon a unit with the fireball model then you move the unit while draining mana like set mana of casting unit to mana of casting unit - 1 and then have a dummy unit casting fire ball all around the summoned unit and make the fire ball unit have a life span, probally base it off infernal with no summon model but a summoned unit, hope i helped!
