Bandwidth for a small clan site.

I want to start a small to medium clan site and I'm using www.byethost.com. I have a choice of either [100 Megabytes of webspace, 2Gigs bandwidth per month] or [20 Megabytes of webspace, 3Gigs bandiwidth per month]

Which one would be the better choice?
 
just to throw it out there, the best pay-hosting deal ive ever found is at http://doteasy.com

20gb/unlimited bandwith ( i talked to the guy and he said it has "performance issues" at 300GB/MO, but wouldnt disable site or cap download rates to really low. And he wouldnt elaborate past "performance issues".)

Ok new situation.

Which would be better for a medium clan site with forums

250MB Web Space
20GB bandwidth

or

B
100MB Web Space
30GB bandwidth

??

that one, seriously, small forums dont use a lot of banwidth at all. And the space definetly wont be used, unless you plan on uploading a lot.
