At some point after applying the 1.3 patch I ran into an annoying problem. First noticed it in the initial menu, while moving the mouse the pointer would pause, as would the background movie. The pause happens every couple seconds, and lasts for about a half second. The same thing happens in the game. Makes it unplayable online, and pretty rough in SP mode. I've uninstalled the game, deleted directories, cleaned out the registry, and still the same problem. I've run 3Dmark and had no DirectX problems. I've been on DX9 since it was released. Anyone have any ideas??? Thanks!
