BIOS Flashing

I've heard about BIOS flashing before, but I dont know how!

what do I need to do to flash my BIOS??

here is my BIOS info from a program I used from driverguide.com called BIOS Agent.

1) Don't do it unless you have some specific reason to

2) Usually you need to download the update at the motherboard's manufacturer's site-- usually you copy it to a disk and boot from it, and run the utility and it does the job. Instructions are given at the site.

I found ton's of sites for BIOS updates, but I'm not sure which one is the right one. Can someone help me find the latest Updates for my BIOS?

download the Belarc advisor and run it, it should identify the motherboard you have, under the section titled Main Circuit Board

why you want to flash your bios ?
there is a risk you know ?
if during the flashing (ooeeer sounds abit rude) the power goes down or by magic the power chord falls out .. you can kiss the mobo goodbye .

The only sites I find that have a BIOS update to that board are written in Chinese and German. I see no English sites that contain BIOS updates.

I am not sure that you would want to install a German or Chinese BIOS as you could run into language problems.
