Blink Spell Problem

Hi yes this spell is a big problem for me when someone targets it NEAR a shrine it causes the game to mess up. Im not really sure how to fix this. I tried to change the targets allowed, which didnt work. Im gonna have to write a trigger... What kinda condition or comparison do you think would be a good idea?

Hi guys! The game messes up by the hero casting blink dissappears and then sends itself as if it were a creep down the path being indestructable.
Well I tried to write a trigger, but I dont know how to restrict it from either certain places on the map, or have it only work on buildable surfaces.

Still confused? hmmm maybe this will simplify it..... What kinda condition can i use for the ability to not be able to be cast upon unbuildable surfaces OR restricit it in certain Areas of the map.
