Blink With Movement Disabled?

How can i make Blink work even with movement disabled becuase ive set movement to 0 and it doesnt allow blink to work if its like that...making DnD map so limited moves per turn is essential! ty for answers

Trigger the blink... Base it on any ground target abiltiy and use trigger to move unit to target point bein cast

Depends on how your turn system works, but give 0WN3D's suggestion a try.

Either base your ability off of blizzard or flame strike etc, or off channel. Depending on how you want the cursor to look.

Just say if you need help making that 'teleporting' trigger.

And Yes, the best way to get around the barrier that you are facing is to just make it into a Trigger.

Use the response for it. I think it's something like targeted point of ability cast? I'm not sure what it is in GUI.

I'd like confirmation on this, but would triggering the Blink mean the casting unit no longer evades homing missiles already in flight about to hit the caster?

Perhaps so. I would presume Blink has some special properties.

• Trigger
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Starts the effect of an ability
  • Conditions
    • (Ability being cast) is equal to Blink (Custom)
  • Actions
    • Set TempPoint = (Target point of Ability being cast)
    • Unit - Move (Triggering Unit) instantly to TempPoint
    • Custom Script: call RemoveLocation (udg_TempPoint)
