Kc, "Death", is pretty Strong... I was thinking of something Active, too (Well, 2-P has a good point why I should make it active).

Though, Forest Worrior, kinda sounds ordinary, I was looking thru a Thesaurus and found "Ravager". So I took that...
The Solar Spell is nearly done, just need to fix some small things =P
(I had 256 lines of code for that spell, but then I realized a better way to code that spell xD So I gradualy choped code down to 174... Which took some time :S )

Also Kc, you can think of more complicated spells =P
I guess I can code pretty much more than just simple spells...

The Lich's ultimate is kinda intense (Gave me: "WARNING: Hash Maximum Collision Size: 3"), so I also had some struggle in fixing that...

All in all, I am just in need of an Ultimate Idea for the "Ravager"... The rest is more or less done =)

Ravager Ulti - Ravager throws her circle blade thingy @ someone. It traps the target and the blade spins, damaging the target and anything nearby.

Hmmm... I'll consider that kc =)

But for now, I have reworked some stuff:
- Fire Mage Ulti is changed to something different (it's fun to use =P )
- Fire Mage skill 3 is changed to something proberbly better
- changed Dread Coil slightly
- Lich ulti doesn't cause that many problems anymore

Things I will work on the next version:
- rework Ravager's ultimate
- rework Dusk assassin's Tripple Strike
- New Hero

Ideas for skills/Hero concepts are welcome.
Also, some might have noticed that I have created 2 Items that are given to each Hero... 'Heal Potion' and 'Mana Potion'. Do you people like that Idea?
They both heal/refresh % based, so they are usefull in the beginning, mid, and late game, although, they might be a bit unbalanced...

The items heal too much, and chance the hp pot cd to the mana pots cd.

Weeeeeeell,
I am nearly done with the next Hero (Just need an Idea for Ultimate).

Things I will work on:
- rework Ravager's ultimate
- rework Dusk assassin's Tripple Strike
- create an Ultimate for the New Hero, Elementalist

Also, I have thought about making a Item System...
From the Shops, you will be able to buy Items, which are only available when reaching a specific Level. They won't Cost anything, but therefore you are only able to hold one of these Items. Also, the Items will be serpated in three classes: Axes,Daggers,Staffs. Each of those boost a different Attribute: Axes for Strength, Daggers for Agility, Staffs for Intelligence. Obviously, the higher the class, the greater the Bonus and as a little extra, I will be adding special abilities to each of those Weapons.

What do you think?

Limited Items = No. For me at least.
Elementalist Ulti - Summons up an elemental of choice. This element is like another hero and can be resummoned with same stats as before. Also can use items.

I'm not sure that this fits the theme but, what the heck..

A 'Warlock' hero which uses Health instead of Mana to power his abilities. He has the ability the summon a demon from the nether realm, and empower him with other special nifty abilities.

I've to agree with kc in this, limited items are really stupid in AoS genres. Also I've to say that you need to improve your special effects on the abilities, but I like the synergy between them, though.

In any case, good luck.

This 'Warlock' that uses HP to make summons etc. is a nice Idea... Further more, this gives me a perfect alternative to my other Heroes ^.^ just let me finish up my Current Hero, and remake the Skills I mentioned in my last Post... Also, I don't think special effects are needed when they are not needed xD (I mean, when you throw a spinning blade that works like a boomerang, it doesn't suddenly burst stars, just because it looks appealing... Or?)

BTW, Kc, what do you mean with "resummoned"? Should I make a summon that takes over the statistics of the Hero or what? :S

If someone wants to see the "Elementalist", what he has got at the moment and such, I can upload the Map on demand =)

And the idea of a hero that uses health instead of mana is old. :p

What will gold be used for?

If you give everyone free items then why stat increasing items? Each hero will get the item for his main attribute, making it kinda obsolete. You might as well give an extra attribute bonus on a ceratin level, same effect. And that doesn't only sound stupid, it is.
It just seems so limiting atm (restricting the items is another problem), it's better to give a selection of items that allow different item builds for every hero. And I don't mean +50 strength/armor shit to turn a caster into a tank, that's retarded. -.-'

Haven't played the new version, but why did you make the ice shield so complicated? O_O Reminds me of AoM...
Just because you can make spells complicated, doesn't mean that you should. <.<

I am not making anything complicated ^.^ I mean read thru the tooltip, and you'll understand the mechanics...
Also, I didn't want to make the Spell complicated... I just want everything unique... I could also just throw in some "OH LOL, I nuked your ass" Spells, but IMO, it becomes boring after a while... Giving a Hero unique Spells just makes it feel better (I mean, you can have a stormbolt that stuns for 2 secs, or you can have a stormbolt that stuns for 2 secs, if your HP is below 50% or something). Definatly makes Gameplay harder, since you have to get that opportunity, in which the spell is most effective...

What will gold be used for?

-The multiboard doesnt look really nice. The Colors in the title are gold, but the the fonts below are gold, too. The titles arent written with uppercase letters.
-the elven slayers "midnight justice" deals damage before you actually hit the target.

and a slow-hero would be nice, too.

possible slow-hero abilites would be:

stiffling poison
-> injects poison into the target unit. the unit will become slower and slower with the time.

a healer hero ability:

-> channels healing a target unit for x hp / s. the life is taken from nearby enemies, so if there are 10 units and the target is healed for 100 hp/s the units will lose 10 hp/s each.

Played your map earlier today. Dude, it's awesome! The concept is just great!

Even though, I have some notes about the game, I won't start saying them. After all it's just the beginning and balance is yet to come. ^^ Good job, really good :thup:

I played this map some time, here's my report:

-This map is silent? There's no line that appears when the hero dies, or no hints whatever (Quest dialog, no displayed messages). Guess it can come later.
-Multiboard isn't clean as well. First row image, titles. Might want to add an "Elapsed Time" counter in a separate row somewhere in the Multiboard.
-Little damage variation(?) There is very little randomness in the damage bands, unless you wanted it that way.
-The camera should move instantly to the hero after it has been revived or purchased from tavern. Also add the select instantly after those events.
-Triple Slash should damage slash by slash, instead of doing an instantaneous loop.

-Really innovative spells! Heroes were well-thought of, actually.
-Good terrain, but the base looks a little bland to me.

Just fix what you already need to do as well as some suggestions.

Shame that I can't give you any new concepts, 'cause I don't have the time to do so now.

Aside from that, it isn't too bad, just keep working on this map.
