bnet message when loggin on bnet

i try to connect to bnet and i get the message that says I may be trying to connect to an invalid server or I may need to manually connect.

Ive played on bnet for 5 years and I have no clue whats goin on I cant fix it. Good luck

Currently AOL and CompUSA people are having problems connecting to battle.net. After sitting in BTS for 3 hours trying to have someone in OTS banned for excessive flooding JasonRS FINALLY got his point across that there was a routing error (In 3 hours he only helped about 5 people) with these suppliers causing UDP packet errors and that it should be fixed within a few days.
 
Do the following three things


1. Delete the bncache.dat file in your game folder

2. Start
run
regedit
OK
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
SOFTWARE
Battle.net
Configuration
now in the right window double left click on server list and delete the contents and hit OK

3. stillin the regitry edit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
Battle.net
Configuration
now in the right window double left click on server list and delete the contents and hit OK
 
ye i know but, the thing is i cant access my regestry i got some kinda virus or sumpin that doesnt let me open programs or access any options on my comp. For example i cant change my screen saver or background or access the control panel.

To open programs I have to right click on a document or something and use the "open with" and use icq or starcraft or internet explorer

If theres any way i might be able to sneak into my regestry that could help, or if u know anything bout viruses and could help

If you have a Virus you must get rid of the Virus using a Virus scanning program. Try Trend's Free Online Virus Scanner

If the Virus cannot be gotten rid of, then you may have to do a clean install of the operating system
 
I have norton and I've done scans, i dunno if thats good enough but is there any refernce sites or anything u can help me with in better detail as to what im supposed to do. Thanks for your help by the way.

Canman, your virus scanner might be outdated. You should really try an online scan at

Then tell us the results. If no viruses are found, maybe your Windows installation is simply corrupted. Keep us posted.

I can only make about two quarts at a time with my robo coup, and if I have to make several in series because I forgot to order it becomes really obvious even when I do it. I do think I won though, I have to keep my fucking core staff and they have to be gainfully employed

I can go to 25 if she keeps up. I need to get her onto line more, that's what she wants, but I need her where she is and it's not fair that she doesn't get the little bit of raise that comes with it. She can do it no problem, I've worked with her there.
