I downloaded the files and stuff i need for my bot, but it wont work. i mean, i got it on, but it wont listen to me or go to the channels i tell it to. can anyoen help?

Bots can only go into the channels Blizzard Tech Support, Open Tech Support and Blizzard Chat.

Unless it is one of the bots that emulates a game-- but those are bad and Blizzard doesn't approve of them. We don't provide help with those here.... Ultimate Bot is not one of those bots anyway, to my knowledge.
