Hey guys.
It's been a long time since I've done any drawing or artwork, especially digital. But, a friend and I finally decided to start digitally drawing (and hopefully animating) comics that we've been meaning to since high school when we did them (we have like 7 notebooks full ). Anyways, I did this "concept art" to see how rusty I was, but I don't think I'm in too bad of shape

Well, here's Bud, one of two competent members in a squad of incompetent heroes. He's a beer.

Not there's much to say about a simple drawing like this, but any comments/critique are welcome.

As a somewhat related note, I've just started Flash so wish me luck.

The only thing that irks me right now is the lack of anything interesting going on, on the can itself. I'm trying to think of some detail that would be appropriate..

Flying is even better

You could give him a utility belt like batman and perhaps some kind of arms
The arms could be made up of beer that is coming out of holes on the sides the can

Thanks, and yes we're planning to turn our comics into cartoons (that's how they were originally planned, the comics were like blueprints). It just took us a while to get to it
