build whitout builder ?

Is it possible to build buildings whitout a worker. so i can set out buildings anywhere whitout go there whit a builder?

Not unless you use triggers, then you can make buildings. But otherwise somehting has to be able to build.

You could make a trigger that if some1 types -build a dialog pops up (depending on there race of course) and they can choose which building they want and then you can create a building, but i dont no which actions is the corrordinates...

He means like the build tiny great hall, build tiny barracks, build tiny... etc. Abilities. They are item abilities, so that might interfere, but you can set the cast range to however far you want the unit to be able to build it from.

You can turn the item ability thing off.

Just meant that it won't use gold, as I read in another post. It will use either mana, or nothing. (Unless you use that charge gold and lumber ability thing)

oh its not that hard of a trigger now, (unless u want the build animation than that I dont know)

give it a ability, that costs no mana, but has whatever limits u want, then be like:

a unit begins casting an ability,

if ability being cast is equal to (whatever ability name)

create one (whatever building u want) for player, owner of casting unit, at area of effect of ability being cast,

i think this should work, i have a theiry that u cant realy crate a building like that, so u could be like,

create a worker at. . .
wait ...
order last created unit to build a . . ., at area of effect of ability being cast

(for this just make the cast time a second or two longer than the wait time)

then, u could just kill off the worker, be like

when (wahtever) finishes building. . .
