Buying Neutral Heroes without having a unit nearby

You know Dota? You know how you are able to purchase heroes from the taverns without having a unit/hero nearby?

I'm trying to do the same thing with a map I'm making, but unfortunately, I've tried everything i could, and NOTHING works. Can someone help me with this?

Well, that answers the question. However, i have one more regarding spawning heroes. It's not stated in the help info u gave me.

Here's the question: How do you make a specific tavern spawn a hero at a specific location? Let's say I got three separate taverns(with different heroes) like in Dota, but I want each tavern to spawn it's hero in a separate location. Is this possible?

EDIT: Forget it. I think i just figured out how to do it. If i have any problems I'll come back again. Thanks anyway.

Yepp.

Use 'selling unit' and make some conditions.

if (selling unit = this) then spawn at this place
if (selling unit = that) then spawn at that place

Im pretty sure the circle of power lets u select your hero...
