Anything from Explosions in the Sky. They have some not so calm moments in their songs which are built up to. But overall the music is very relaxing and can definitely be slept to.
Their stuff is all downtempo/ambient, has a sense of nostalgia to it.
I'd highly recommend their album "Campfire Headphase". Peacock Tail and Chromakey Dreamcoat are from it. The entire album is frankly wicked dandy and picking a favourite song is difficult.

Autechre is similar, but a little bit weirder/harsher/darker. Their considered IDM/Ambient. Still, their general sound is smooth flowing and easy listening. I think its suitable for falling asleep to music.
Their songs are all 6-11minutes long, so their ideal for playing and not having to change songs often.

I got your back W/e - assuming your open to electronic.
Boards of Canada is also good (I have listened it plenty). Crono Cross was nice and Newgrounds link (I suggest checking it out, really chilling) -- new discoveries for me. Tons of great music in this thread

Liquid Dnb is very nice too, like Logistics - The Trip or what the best of the best is Outmode - Dark Journey and I Remember by Deadmau5. Check out the suggestions on juno.com in the genres downbeat/ambient, Nu Jazz, Reggae and Funk.
Got trouble falling asleep, well then, I got a challange for you. The band (or whatever you wanna call 'em) Juno Reactor made an about 61 minute long song. I have never yet managed to listen to the whole song before I fall asleep.
It's some strange shit, but I like it. Here is the first part on youtube, others are to be found there. (But I keep the whole song on me Ipod) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3zZ5y-mHKQU

the thing that wakes you up is not the noise but the change in noise. So if you have loud isaac shepard music up, you will still go to sleep (ofc) but if you put that thing on sleep and it turns off in 90 minutes. itll wake you up. Which is the reason why im up at 3:58 AM EST. I put isaac shepard music on too loud. :/
Although I don't know if I need to actually actively heat it or just let the plate and hotend bring the ambient temp to whatever it will, but even then I need to figure out an exfiltration for hot air. I think I kind of know what to do but it's still fucking confusing
I don't think I'm dealing with quite the same pressures though, at the very least its a significantly smaller system. For the time being I'm just going to put together a quick scrubby box though and hope it works good enough to not make my house toxic
I do know this - xenforo dropped the ball by not keeping the vbulletin reputation comments as a feature. The loss of the Reputation comments data when we switched to Xenforo really was the death knell for the site when it came to all the users that left. I know I missed it so much and I got way less interested in the site when that feature was gone and I run the site.
