can i dl one of blizzard's original campaign maps

From the first question on the website FAQ:

Campaign Maps - Where can I find the ROC or TFT maps?

ROC: In war3.mpq, you'll find them in the Maps \ Campaign folder.
TFT: In war3xlocal.mpq, you'll find them in the Maps \ FrozenThrone \ Campaign folder.

Use WinMPQ to open the mpq files.

That should be in the FAQ's, I never even knew there was FAQ's and why are they on that site? Shouldnt those all be in the World Editor help forum??

Actually, what happened at one point in time was, the FAQ used to be totally contained in this forum. BUT:

1) many never read it
2) it took up too much space given that many never read it

Then when Ryoko built the tutorial site, I linked to it as a sticky thread in this forum, and said that was where to go to find FAQs, tutorials etc. BUT:

1) many never saw it
2) it took up too much space given that many never saw it

There was also one point in time not too long ago when all the major links from the tutorial site were found down the left hand side of this forum. That was removed though, because:

1) many never saw them
2) they took up too much space given that many never saw them

So they were trimmed back to the most important links, which were mainly tutorial links.

So yes, we have tried many times in the past to raise awareness about it, but only to some success. There really is no tried and true way to say on these forums where the FAQs are and have every single person see it. We're open to suggestions if you have any, but perhaps do it through PMs rather than post in this thread.

im sorry people. dont get offended. i've read everything on that site up to editor advanced. everything below seemed useless so i didnt bother looking cause they look like they're too advanced for the moment.

it's actually very easy, you open winmpq double click the proper mpq and then drag the map to your desktop, really, if it helps your learning in WE you should do it.

or u can say the name of campagin map and some one link it form you
