Can I hire someone to do triggers for me?

I'm not trying to sound lazy, it just goes over my head.
I actually looked up specific threads related to my question, in said thread there was an example trigger someone posted, and I still couldn't figure it out.

I don't know if you would really want to pay enough to attract good people. Just for reference, I cost my current employer roughly 2$/minute.
My suggestion to you is: it goes over almost everyone's head at first.
But for the level of work necessary to make a fun map, most people can eventually reach that level.
Don't give up yet and keep looking at the triggers and play with them.

I'm sure you'll eventually get it : ) and it's half of the fun.

thanks for the reply, I'm trying to get something working like the towers in legion td (not a clone btw), I just don't get it though.
Yea I don't really know what people normally expect for this type of work, it's certainly a niche, I guess it's basically coding.
I was thinking of offering around 100, I could finish them of if I get a working example on even 1 of the towers/units, I could copy and paste for the rest of the units/towers etc. As well as some sort of "reset" trigger which I just completely don't understand how to do, like "rounds" to reset the towers after a certain condition is met.
